Chinese Communist Party(CPC)has always highly emphasized the construction of Marxism discourse right. Facing with the new changes in the field of ideology and reviewing the historical course of gaining, consolidating and maintaining Marxism discourse right, the paper summarizes the revelation gained from experience as follows: It is essential to promote the localization, modernization, popularization, diversification and demonstration of Marxism discourse so as to grasp Marxism discourse system, strengthen the theoretical innovation, and emphasize the practical exploration.
