One of the aims of community construction is to build a healthy and well-organized order at a basic level, which needs a sense of community to some extent. Such sense is different from the foolish ideas that are not severely tested by personal ideas in primitive society. Because community differentiation brings about the collapse of natural communities(for example, natural villages)and the restructuring of human communities, which requires not only the new combination of economy and politics but also a new ethical principle as support. In today's complicated situation, to build a new sense of community, it is impossible to rely on the romantic fantasy of recovering the classical virtues. Instead, it does need practice and hard work for the future development.
