Xi Jinping has put forward a series of party building thoughs since the 18th National Congress of theCPC. In terms of the ideology construction，the ideal faith should be stuck to，the Party should be armed with the theory with Chinese socialism characteristics and the construction of ideology and politics should be put in the first place. In terms of the organization construction，grandhigh-caliber leaders should be cultivated，the construction of the Party organization should be persisted in，the leaders should take the lead in implementation of democratic cetralism and the Party members' developmet and management should be paid more attention to. In germs of work style construction，persistent constructing of work style is put forward，“the Two Musts”are to be kept in mind，and“Four Work Styles" should be resolutely opposed to. In terms of combating corruption and building a clean government，the work should be attached importance to and“the tigers" as well as“the flies" are punished. In terms of regulation construction，the constitution should be abided by strictly and the power should be restricted by the regulations. These thoughts pointed out the direction for adminisiterring the Party comprehensively and strictly and strengthening the Party's construction in the future.
