The paper analyzes the governmental coordination of land allocation of reservoir resettlement from the following aspects:the coordination of the main body and object，the coordination of the barged and principle，the coordination of means and strategy and the coordination of the needs and coordination process. And the demand judgement of coordination depends on the comparison of the input and output of the public and the input and output of the reference standard from the perspective of fairness.Then，according to the policy concerned and the work focus of the government，the paper makes suggestion on the improvement of land allocation peitaining to the implementation and guarantee of coordination.
