摘要:

在中国经济“新常态冶下,增长驱动力、劳动力禀赋、产业结构、技术选择、资源环境等方面均发生了深刻的变化。为了适应经济新常态,需要构筑新的经济增长动力机制,以创新作为经济增长的主要驱动力,以产业结构升级作为经济增长的实现路径,以收入分配结构优化作为经济增长的重要保障。

Abstract:

In the context of new normal state of economy inChina, economic development deeply changes in thefollowing aspects: increasing motive force, labor force,industrial structure, technical choice and resourceenvironment. To adapt to the new normal state of economy,it is necessary to construct new economic mechanism ofincreasing motive force to focus on innovation, industrialupgrading and optimizing income distribution.
