According to thebasic connotation of the socialist core values, the socialistcore values have the following features: scientificity andadvancement, inheritance and nationality, humanity andpopularity, practicality and openness. To ensure therealization of education target, the education of socialistcore values should adhere to directional principle, subject principle, practical principle and open principle.
