On the basis of analyzing the product attributes and benefits region of agricultural infrastructure, the paper defines the responsibilities of each supply subject, scope and the supply mode to construct a multi-center cooperative supply system of agricultural infrastructure. The main supply pattern of pure public goods and common pool goods attribute of agricultural infrastructure is the institutional supply through the establishment of special committees to achieve bureaucracy synergy. The club goods attribute of agricultural infrastructure is jointly supplied by the government and enterprises. The government and the enterprises can achieve effective supply through public-private collaboration. Agricultural infrastructure which can bring benefits to the village groups or a few families is supplied by farmers themselves, and they can achieve smooth cooperation supply through communication synergy. Agricultural infrastructure with public pond goods properties can bring benefits to the whole village achieve joint supply by government and farmers or autonomy supply by farmers through strategic cooperative or communication synergistic. Agricultural infrastructure with personal goods properties is supplied by enterprises or farmers themselves, which can achieve optimal allocation of resources.
