    摘要:

    改革开放以来,中国特色社会主义优越性的实践呈现与人民群众的期待之间的差距、“资强社弱”的暂时性现实以及科学技术、物质消费、文化生活等以“价值中立”的姿态遮蔽了社会主义意识形态本真内涵及其所取得成就,使其不能被整体观照和认同,导致其在公共舞台上影响力不足。为此,要加强社会主义意识形态的经济基础的利益关切,构建具有中国风格、中国气派的社会主义意识形态大众话语体系,加强唯物史观教育,培育全民学哲学用哲学,提升理性思维能力,以“三严三实”为切入点,严守党的政治纪律红线,加强党员干部理想信念建设,做人民群众的先进典范,对加强社会主义意识形态建设将具有重要意义。

    Abstract:

    Since the reform and openness, the gap between the practice of Chinese characteristic socialism and people's expectations, the temporary reality of “strong capitalism and weak socialism”, and science-technology, material consumption and cultural life with the air of value neutrality have hidden the true connotation of socialist ideology and achievements so that it cannot be the overall view and fails to be identified, leading to a serious shortage of its impact on the public stage. Therefore, to build socialism ideology discourse with Chinese style, it is necessary to take the following actions: strengthen the historical materialism education, promote philosophical study, and improve rational thinking ability. Also, it is of great significance to take measures as follows: center on the idea of “Three Sticks and Three Steadies”, adhere to the party's political discipline, strengthen the ideal-belief construction of party members and cadres, set good example for the masses, and strengthen the construction of socialist ideology.
