The results of farmers’ environmental protests are not all the same, according to the degree of realization of whether to terminate pollution and whether to get enough compensation, as well as whether the struggle action is over, the results of famers’ environmental protests could be summarized as full limited success resistance and full limited failure resistance and so on four specific types. Corresponding to the above typing results, the study select the four cases and compare the formation mechanism of different typing results. Differentiation between top-level design and basic practice still exists in our current society. Under this circumstance, three main micro factors that whether the action target is stable and feasible, whether the organizational division is coordinated and reasonable and whether the position resource is sufficient and available could properly explain the differences between results of farmers' environmental protests. Under the restriction of "rule of law" and "good governance", the government is not only the main body of social governance, but also the crucial resource for farmers. Therefore, more attention should be paid to identify reasonable needs of aggrieved farmers, to avoid double predicament of moral principle and legal principle.
