In the process of China's urbanization，the number of old generation of migrant workers has decreased wish the change of their age and the society. Meanwhile， new generation has become the main body of migrant workers. In order to adjust themselves to the new urban linguistic life，This new generation should finish their linguistic urbanization as soon as they can. Based on the analysis of linguistic urbanization of the new generation of migrant workers，the linguistic advantages and disadvantages of new generation migrant workers can be easily found，which helps them to integrate into new linguistic life. The resuhs show that migrant workers of the new generation adjustheir capabilities in linguistic resources，urban language use and service，and linguistic techniques after they elder the city. From the perspective of the economics of language，the effect of linguistic urbanization of the new generation are much beUer khan that of the old generation. Most of new generation of migrant workers can get much more economic benefits with little investment.
