    摘要:

    深入探究“跟进式教育”理念的价值认同机理,旨在进一步理解其理论的特殊性、科学性及实效性,丰富我国当前意识形态建设的理论内涵。其价值认同机理研究从主要哲学渊源马克思主义交往实践理论入手,科学分析价值认同的组成要素、逻辑结构及作用机理,从而来印证“跟进式教育”理念独特的理论与实践价值。其中,总结过往、批判继承,形成客观实践性、社会交往性及历史助推性,是价值认同机理的理论前提;双向建构、双重整合,形成价值共识场、平等对话场及自我生成场,整合世界文明、整合社会秩序及整合公共空间,是价值认同机理的动力源泉;承认趋同、解构重建,促进和谐共存、社会大同,促使螺旋跃升、面向未来,是价值认同机理的基础保障。

    Abstract:

    "Follow-up education" is one of the education model which derives from the theory of "follow up" approach in commercial economic activities and organizational behavior,provides the humanistic service for the student's spiritual growth and scientific information. This research scientifically analyzes the constituent elements, the logical structure and the function mechanism of value identity from the aspect of Marx's communication practice theory, to prove the unique of the cortical and practical value in the "Follow-up education". The theoretical premises of value identity mechanism are the summary of past, criticism and inheritance, the formation of objective practice, social interaction and historical booster. The Power source of value identification mechanism are two-way construction, double integration, formation on the common sense of value field, equal dialogue field and self generated field and the integration of world civilization, social order and public space. The Basic securities of value identification mechanism are the recognition of the convergence, deconstruction and reconstruction, promotion on the harmonious coexistence of society, the spiral enhancement, and facing future.
