Abstract:This paper attempts to analyze problems existing in current public pension institutions in China, such as the coexistence of luxury and humble old-age pension institutions, constraints and idle resources simultaneously exist, including under the guise of development of old-age care for real estate development, the lack of relevant professional and technical personnel reserves have always plagued the main cause of the healthy development of public pension in China, the root of the problem lies in the misleading role between government social and market mechanism, and inappropriate government’s intervention deteriorate this further contradiction. In this paper, based on the reflection of the deep-seated problems, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, including the remodeling of the value concept, the re-orientation of the government's responsibility and the attracting of the talented person to promote the development of public pension institutions.
