At present, in the supply side of China’s film and television culture industry there are many problems, such as abnormal input of production cost, mismatch of supply and demand of products, insufficient innovation and development and poor operation of market mechanism, which leads to “stagflation” in the development of industry. Then, the paper holds that the supplyside structural reform is necessary to solve the stubborn problems in the development of film and television culture industry. In view of the problems existing in the supply side of industry, this paper puts forward the ways to deepen the reform of the system and mechanism at policyoriented level, which includes improving the effective supply of film and television products, resolving the contradiction between supply and demand, balancing the relationship between the government and the market and realizing the structural reform of supply side of film and television culture industry in an allround way to correct the shortcomings of industry and ensure the healthy and sustainable development of film and television culture in China. 
