Abstract:The enrollment plan allocation is an important means to realize the rational allocation of higher education resources. Due to the complexity of enrollment policy, different needs of college and other subjective factors, enrollment plan is difficult to be allocated. To improve the validity and rationality of enrollment plan allocation, this paper constructs the bankruptcy game model of provincial college enrollment plan allocation. Moreover, the Shapley value distribution rule is studied. It further demonstrates that the bankruptcy game of enrollment plan distribution is a convex cooperative game, so the distribution solution is stable and conforms to individual rationality, based on which the practical significance of the existence, uniqueness, efficiency, anonymity and individual rationality inenrollment plandistribution is further discussed. Through case analysis, this model is verified to be operable and rational, and the influence of subjective factors are effectively avoided in distribution results, which conforms to the actual distribution law, reflecting the fairness and scientificity of the enrollment plan distribution.
