    摘要:

    科学合理地制定企业战略决策对提高企业的核心竞争力至关重要。现有关于企业竞争战略的经典模型如波特五力模型,侧重于在某一横向面静态分析行业的竞争格局,未能动态立体地分析市场竞争环境以及描述企业管理层的决策过程。借鉴军事领域中OODA环模型的动态决策思维,构建基于五力模型及OODA环模型的企业战略决策模型,探讨该模型的应用思路及企业管理者的决策行为模式等,为企业在未来市场占据优势地位提供了一种新的理论方法及实践途径。

    Abstract:

    Scientific business strategymaking plays a quintessential role for companies to improve their core competitiveness. Current models on corporate competition and strategies, such as the classic Porter’s Five Forces model, focus on the static market behavior in a certain horizontal dimension, instead of dynamically analyzing the panoramic environment of market competition and management decisionmaking process. Therefore, we innovatively incorporate the dynamic decisionmaking logic of military OODA model into Five Forces model, and construct a corporate strategic decisionmaking model based on the abovementioned two models. We discuss relevant applications of the new model and corresponding decisionmaking behavioral patterns of corporate management with a hope to provide a new theoretical method and practical approach for companies to occupy the dominant position in the future market.
