This year, the novel coronavirus pneumonia has brought great challenges to all countries. The world has entered the worst economic recession since World War II. The current problems facing mankind can be summarized as five “failures”: failure of epidemic control, economic stall, failure of policy, distortion of democracy and failure of governance. The analysis of the current international situation around these five aspects will help other countries to affirm China’s efforts to fight the epidemic, respect China’s contribution, learn from China’s experience, and move towards global cooperation to save the world economy. At present, our country should promote the formation of a new development pattern in which domestic circulation is the main body and the domestic and international double circulation promote each other, so as to make China’s economy become a stable base for world economic recovery. The most important thing is to establish a smooth logistics system. Smart logistics is the infrastructure of highquality development in China, and it is also the focus of the future interconnection of new infrastructure and traditional infrastructure.
