Abstract:The theory of liberation is a “metaproblem” in Marxist philosophy, and Karl Marx’s ultimate purpose is to achieve free development for all the people. The relationship between the theory of liberation and traditional ontology in the western world should be the “metaproblem” in Marx’s theory of liberation. The traditional ontology represents the ultimate goal of human beings to get rid of their rootlessness and seek the foundation of existence. Its evolutionary logic constitutes the ideological premise of liberation theory. Marx’s thought of human liberation is consistent with the evolution logic of his ontology, which is gradually displayed in the formation of Marx’s labor ontology. Only by correctly understanding the dialectical law of the logical movement of capital, can we truly grasp the revolutionary position of Marx’s liberation theory. Thus, starting from the productive labor as the practical activity of human beings, we can continuously transcend the productive relationship between capital and labor, and build a new ultimate path of communism to the future.
