    研究区域数字经济发展的演变趋势与差异来源,对实现中国协同高质量发展具有重要参考价值。基于2012—2020年我国30个省区市的面板数据,运用熵值法测算整体与八大综合经济区数字经济发展水平,采用Markov链和Kernel密度估计探索数字经济发展的时空演变特征,应用Dagum基尼系数以及方差分解模型揭示数字经济发展差异的空间来源与结构来源。研究表明,我国整体与各区域数字经济发展水平呈逐年增长之势,但八大综合经济区呈现出“东部沿海-南部沿海-北部沿海-长江中游-大西南-黄河中游-东北-大西北”梯度递减的不均衡格局。时空演变特征显示,省域数字经济发展通常伴随着空间效应与“集聚”效应,且存在一定概率的内部流动性;核密度曲线的演变趋势与极化特征表明,数字经济发展存在区域异质性。空间差异分解显示数字经济发展总体差异呈波动下降趋势,且区域间差异为主要来源;结构差异分解显示,数字产业化、产业数字化及数字基础设施发展差距是数字经济发展差异的主要结构来源。研究有助于完善我国数字经济发展空间格局与打造区域数字经济产业新优势,为此建议政府着重打通区域壁垒,在推进数字产业深度融合的同时进一步加强基础设施建设。

    Abstract:

    It is of great reference value to study the evolution trend and the source of differences of regional digital economy development for the realization of coordinated and high-quality development in China. Based on the panel data of 30 provinces, regions and cities from 2012 to 2020, entropy method is used to measure the development level of digital economy in the whole country and eight comprehensive economic zones, and Markov chain and Kernel density estimation are used to explore the spatial-temporal evolution characteristics of digital economy development. Dagum Gini coefficient and variance decomposition model are used to reveal the spatial and structural sources of development differences in digital economy. The research shows that the development level of digital economy in China as a whole and in all regions is increasing year by year, but the eight comprehensive economic zones show an unbalanced pattern of decreasing gradient of “eastern coastal area -southern coastal area -northern coastal area -middle reaches of Yangtze River -middle reaches of Yellow River -Northeast -Northwest area”. The spatial and temporal evolution characteristics show that the development of provincial digital economy is usually accompanied by spatial effect and “agglomeration” effect, and there is a certain probability of internal mobility. At the same time, the evolution trend and polarization characteristics of kernel density curve indicate that there is regional heterogeneity in the development of digital economy. The spatial difference decomposition shows that the overall difference of digital economy development shows a trend of fluctuation and decline, and the regional difference is the main source. The decomposition of structural difference shows that the development gap of digital industrialization, industry digitization and digital infrastructure is the main structural source of the development difference of digital economy. This study can help improve the spatial pattern of digital economy development and create new advantages of regional digital economy industry. Therefore, it is suggested that the government should break down regional barriers and further strengthen infrastructure construction while promoting the deep integration of digital industry.
