The report of the Twentieth National Congress of the CPC clearly defined the internal characteristics and essential requirements of Chinese path to modernization, provided fundamental guidance for comprehensively promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. The reason why Chinese path to modernization in the new era can continue to advance is that it has formed a scientific dynamic system. This system covers theoretical, historical, reform, cultural, social, political, institutional and organizational elements, and is embedded in the three levels of the foundation, operation and security of modernization. They coordinate and promote each other, promoting the continuous progress and development of Chinese path to modernization. From the perspective of power operation, the power system of Chinese path to modernization mainly follows the triple parallel mode of the CPC’s leading drive, the people’s subjectivity drive and the dynamic integration of the two. The theoretical and practical innovation in the new era has laid a solid foundation for the development of the power system of Chinese path to modernization. However, it still needs to be improved. From the perspective of the Party’s leadership, efficiency and initiative need to be further strengthened. From the perspective of people’s participation, standardization needs to be further enhanced. From the perspective of the integration of the Party and the people’s power, synergy needs to be further enhanced. On the new journey, if Chinese path to modernization is to deepen and expand, its power system will continue to achieve integration and optimization. It is necessary to tap the power elements, promote the coordination and transformation of the power system, and form a feedback and evaluation mechanism on power output, which can provide a solid guarantee for the construction of a strong country and national rejuvenation.
