    DeepSeek、ChatGPT等人工智能技术产品在普遍提高社会生产力、降低劳动强度的同时,也不可避免地在个体与社会层面催发了AI焦虑现象。当前,国内外对AI焦虑的研究缺少从存在论角度来透视其实质,因此,采用现象学“回到事情本身”的方法分析AI焦虑不仅有利于澄清AI焦虑背后以非本真的“怕”与本真的“畏”为核心,以后现代性为表征的技术、生存、社会焦虑,更能在人与技术的关系方面有效揭示技术加速发展的技术、理性、生存悖逆,从而为突破这一悖逆开辟可能的道路。这条道路以辩证展开技术焦虑的矛盾结构为起点,以打破“技术狂热”与“虚无主义”的桎梏为基础,抵制“一”的逻辑和这种逻辑的外化,而以游牧的状态真实地生活在世,通过“反思”重新聆听存在的声音,在与技术共在、共存的基础上推动“人与技术共生”实现平衡、和谐,开显技术在本体根源和社会关系之上作为人的现实存在所具有的解放力量——技术既是人类向存在投射意向的创造行为,也是存在通过技术向人类显现“在场”“本有”的通道;技术在变革社会关系的前提下既为实现人的“自由而全面发展”奠定物质基础,也为人从“物的依赖关系”到“自由个性”的转变提供条件。

    Abstract:

    While AI technology products such as DeepSeek and ChatGPT have enhanced social productivity and reduced labor intensity, they have inevitably triggered an AI anxiety phenomenon at both individual and societal levels. Current studies on AI anxiety in China and abroad lack an existential perspective to reveal its essence. Consequently, analyzing AI anxiety through the phenomenological method of “returning to the things themselves” not only clarifies the core of AI anxiety—characterized by “fear” and “dread” at its core, and manifested as technological, existential, and social anxieties marked by postmodernity, but also effectively reveals the technical, rational, and existential paradoxes inherent in the accelerated development of technology within the human-technological relationship. This paves the way to transcend these contradictions. The path begins with a dialectical unfolding of the contradictory structure of technological anxiety, aiming to overturn the perspectives of “technophilia” and nihilism, and resist the monistic logic and its externalization, advocating for authentic existence through a nomadic state of Being. Through reflective thinking, we can re-attune to the voice of Being. Through co-existence and symbiosis with technology, we can promote a balanced and harmonious “human-technology symbiosis”. This reveals technology’s emancipatory power grounded in ontological roots and social relations: technology serves both as humanity’s creative act of projecting intentionality towards Being, and as the channel through which Being manifests its “presence” and “authentic nature” to humanity. While transforming social relations, technology not only lays material foundations for realizing humanity’s “free and well-rounded development” but also facilitates the transition from “material dependence” to “free individuality”.
