    创新驱动下的数实融合不仅是推动中国“智造”转型、培育新质生产力的关键,亦是在数字经济格局中抢占战略制高点的必由之路。基于2013—2022年中国省域面板数据,实证检验创新要素流动对地区数实融合的影响及其作用机制。结果表明:第一,创新要素流动能显著提升地区数实融合水平,该结论在一系列稳健性检验后依然成立。异质性分析显示,这一效应存在区域和时间差异,在中西部地区和国家创新驱动发展战略提出后更为显著。第二,机制检验表明,创新要素流动通过产业结构转型营造数字服务产业生态、拓展数字技术应用场景,进而促进地区数实融合。第三,鉴于创新要素的跨区域流动特性,进一步构建动态空间杜宾模型发现,创新要素流动在提升本地数实融合的同时对邻近地区也会产生空间溢出。其中,创新人才流动能在短期内显著提升本地数实融合水平,并向周边地区溢出;创新资本流动具有时滞性,在长期中的促进作用更明显;数据要素流动则具有双重时序特征,即能在短期内发挥正向促进作用,但长期来看具有负向直接效应。研究创新驱动下的数实融合能为深入实施创新驱动发展战略、推动数字产业化和产业数字化协同联动、赢得发展主动权提供宝贵的经验证据。

    Abstract:

    The integration of the digital and real economy driven by innovation is not only the key to promoting China’s “smart manufacturing” transformation and cultivating new quality productive forces, but also an important way to seize the strategic high ground in the digital economy landscape. Based on the provincial panel data in China from 2013 to 2022, this paper empirically tests the impact and mechanism of innovation factor flow on the regional integration of the digital and real economy. The results are as follows: First, innovation factor flow can significantly improve regional integration of the digital and real economy, which is still true after a series of robustness tests. Heterogeneity analysis reveals that there are regional and temporal differences in this effect, which is more pronounced in the central and western regions and after the introduction of the national innovation-driven development strategy. Second, the mechanism testing shows that the flow of innovative factors builds a digital service industry ecosystem and expands digital technology application scenarios through industrial structure transformation, thereby promoting the regional integration of the digital and real economy. Third, given the cross-regional flow characteristics of innovation factors, this paper further constructs a dynamic spatial Durbin model and finds that the flow of innovation factors not only improves the local integration of the digital and real economy but also produces spatial spillovers to adjacent regions. Specifically, the flow of innovative talents significantly enhances local integration of the digital economy and real economy in the short term and spills over to surrounding areas; The flow of innovative capital has a time lag, and its promoting effect is more pronounced in the long run; The flow of data elements has a dual temporal characteristic, that is, it plays a positive role in the short term, but has a negative direct effect in the long run. Research on innovation-driven integration of the digital and real economy provides empirical evidence for the in-depth implementation of innovation-driven development strategies, promoting the coordinated development of digital industrialization and industrial digitization, and winning the initiative in development.
